The Challenge:

 

Facebook group owners and brands wanted to monetize the communities, but lacked the insights and data analytics for the same. We took on the challenge of using complex big data and converting it into simplified and actionable insights and interface. This required working with data scientist, digital marketers, UI/UX teams, researchers and clients themselves.

Work:

Conceptualized, prototyped, tested and launched a tool called Convosight that helps Facebook group owners and brands to listen, analyze and react to conversations across Facebook Communities and create meaningful content and monetize their communities in return. My role was to organize, plan, coordinate and quality check the work by the data scientists, UI/UX designer, marketing and data management teams. Furthermore, I worked with 4 MNC clients as the relationship manager through sales, onboarding and regular reporting.  

The Outcome:

Within 6 months from launch of Convosight, the company raised $4 Million Funding From IvyCap Ventures & Sequoia Capital.

We were able to add more than 3000+ Facebook Groups active on Convosight with over 28 Million Members. Also, atleast 4 MNCs signed contracts with Convosight within a month of launching.
